The Bosch 5.3, 5.4, 5.7, and 8.0 ABS systems have a number of common electrical failure points that we have identified. When these connections fail, the car's computer is no longer able to communicate with the ABS system, and the ABS is no longer functional. Your car warns you of this problem by flashing ABS and brake lights. In some cars, this problem may also cause an inoperational tachometer and/or speedometer. Dealerships fix this problem by replacing the ABS pump assembly, which typically costs upwards of $1500. Unfortunately, many have gone this route in the past as a functioning ABS system is required to pass inspections in many states. We are located in Virginia (USA), but work with customers all around the world.

The good news is that this problem can be fixed by having us electrically re-work the electronic control module at significant savings compared to replacing the entire pump assembly. All you have to do is remove your module or have it removed and send it to us for repair (we can provide instructions). We have a very fast (1 business day) turnaround time.
